Norzavi LLC
We build NightPager.
Norzavi LLC is a small Michigan company. Our product is NightPager, an after-hours AI receptionist for plumbing businesses.
NightPager
When a plumber misses a call after hours, NightPager's AI answers it, finds out what the caller needs and passes it on. Every caller hears that the call is recorded and that they are speaking to AI.
NightPager texts the plumber who signed up:
- emergency alerts
- urgent-job notices
- a morning summary of overnight calls
- replies to the text commands they send, such as ON, OFF and STATUS
An on-call helper the plumber names gets emergency alerts. A caller who asks for a callback gets at most two texts about that request. We never send marketing texts.
Plumbers sign up and agree to texts at nightpager.com/start.html. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop texts.
